His past is revealed and Betsy races against time before the killer claims the next victim.

ICEBOUND

ICEBOUND (detail)

After laying down the basic airbrush nuances of the water and sky, always darker near the observer and lighter the farther away, as seen easily overall in this illustration.
I basically plashed away with whites with brush for the water bursts.

For the “iceberg” I drew and colored all with various shades of color pencils, blues, whites and greys and for final results I watered down carefully with brush, fusing the shades.
